I've been working remotely for Waag as a designer, front-end web developer, and editor since April 2016. Prior to that, from June 2014 to March 2016, I worked onsite in Amsterdam for their communications team. During my time there, I worked as a designer and front-end developer to create branding, help develop campaigns, and build websites for various projects within the company. I also worked as a copywriter to develop written content for a variety of projects and acted as the primary English-language editor for Waag's English publications. My day-to-day responsibilities included running the company's Twitter feed; acting as a liaison and point-of-contact between the company and various partners; writing or editing blog articles; and creating and updating content for the company's various websites.
